The NPO’s vision is to train and develop the youth, and close the skills gap between potential employers and unemployed youth. Providing a variety of training to the youth and activities.

Features Causes

Problem Statement

As the young residents of Mpumalanga, we have learnt that our community lacks skills and there’s a very big skills gap between potential employers and our youth. Companies have to hire people from other provinces which makes it costly for local companies. Our people have to go to towns to access simple skills like computer skills and it becomes costly for them since they have to travel long distances. Learners who lives with grandparents find it difficult to get help with their schoolwork. Crime and drug abuse has become a threat to our community due to the youth that finds itself doing nothing and lacks activities to do especially after school.

Solution to Problem

Never Hide Training Centre opens its doors as a solution for people of all ages seeking skills training and support in overcoming challenges. Our offerings include computer training, compliance courses like firefighting and first aid, occupational health and safety instruction, and internet access. We also provide after-school programs and tutoring, along with opportunities for sports such as football, netball, and volleyball. We're committed to empowering individuals and enriching communities through accessible education and skill-building.
